As a first step we would arrange an initial phone call or an initial session.

We just need to agree the time for an initial session or phone call and the best way to arrange a call or initial session is via email.

Making contact and next steps

Initial sessions vary depending on which you are looking for.  Initial sessions can be in person or online.

Individuals’ initial session Cheltenham, Stroud or online are 30mins - £35.

Couples’ Initial session £80 (initial session is 50mins) Cheltenham, Stroud or online.

Supervision Cheltenham, Stroud or online £40 (for 45mins)

There is no charge for a 15min phone call

Cheltenham, Stroud and online:

Individuals £60 per session (sessions are 50mins)

Couples £112.50 per session (sessions are an hour and 15mins.)

Supervision £65 per hours session

 I do have a few concessionary rate sessions available and happy to negotiate if fees above are prohibitive.
